Chopped Onions in Olive Oil - ONOIN Original

I pronounce this, in my head, in the Adam Sandler voice. Or chuckle to myself thinking about the homie Jay trying to pass off "nion" as a word during a heated game of Scrabble. Either way, this is a flavor elevator to soups, chilis, quiche, what have you. A more intense allium (me after a few cocktails) than freshly chopped and sauteed bulbs, without all the tears. Don't @ me too harshly though, I'm just a simple woman with simple tastes.
