I love hot pot, and was worried I wouldn't be able to find it in my new Eastbound & Down Kenny Powers chapter of life. Untrue, and frankly unfair to the NC of today. There's two locations, one in Durham, and one in Cary. My preference is the Cary one, but that could be an irrational choice based on available parking.
